I am the creator of MissRizos.com, a space that celebrates women and their natural hair. The media constantly bombards Latinas with images that are not an accurate reflection/representation of the incredible diversity that exists amongst the Latino community both in the US and abroad. So, through images, stories, and haircare education, we empower women to love themselves just the way they are, to feel validated by themselves and in turn validate others that look like them. Miss Rizos also serves as a platform to inspire women to travel, live healthier lives, and to conquer their fears.
