David Wellisch is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Latinum Network. Wellisch oversees the full scope of sales, marketing, business development, and new platforms. Additionally, he oversees client solutions and satisfaction across the company. He is responsible for driving top line revenue and operating income growth for Latinum Network as a whole.

Prior to co-founding Latinum Network, Wellisch was the Founder and General Manager of AOL Latino and was a Senior Executive in the Strategy and Business Development group. While at AOL, he originated the concept behind AOL Latino and was responsible for the entire operation, overseeing programming, product development, customer service, marketing, strategy and business development. At its peak, AOL Latino reached $130M in revenue from subscription and advertising revenue streams. Wellisch also held senior positions at Allied Capital and Gemini Consulting.

Wellisch is widely recognized for his work in the industry and has been interviewed by The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, CNN, Univision, Telemundo, and various other Spanish media. In 2005, he was selected as Hispanic Marketer of the Year by AdWeek’s Hispanic Edition. Hispanic Business recently included Wellisch among its “Top 50 Influentials” list.

Wellisch holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Brown University. He currently sits on the Advisory Board for NFTE (Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship) and the Board of Trustees for Georgetown Day School in Washington D.C. Wellisch is also a member of the Young President’s Organization, Washington, D.C. chapter.
