Erin Conrad currently manages the Latino division of Collective Bias, Colectiva Latina.

Inspired by her Mexican heritage, Erin is passionae about Latino culture and creating messages that resonate with the Hispanic consumer. Erin specializes in providing culturally relevant marketing strategies and consumer insights. She has over 12 years of national and international experience planning multi-level campaigns for Fortune 500 brands such as Unilever, Pepsi Co, Mars Candies, Bayer, AT&T, Audi, Honda and Epson. Previously, Erin founded Zócalo Latino Marketing a Northwest Arkansas-based company that advised Walmart suppliers how to reach and connect with Hispanic shoppers. She is also a veteran of the Hispanic advertising industry employed in different key roles at agencies DDB Barcelona, Dieste, Inc., and Diferencia.

Erin has spoken at several key conferences in the US and LATAM including the Latin American Food Congress in Mexico D.F.
